Return Policy

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment or production. If you cancel your order, a full refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 60 days after the receipt of the product. 
In order to qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and it must be returned in its original packaging. Additionally, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase to process your return. Please note that returns should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Refunds (if applicable)

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. You will also receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, or credit card, within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@bellanbeauty.com
